first the answers to you questions:
1) Raftal most probably is just a misspelling of Naftal Lui;
2) no cause of death mentioned (as at this time was common practice in death records).
3) Abram Lui was 39;

the administration of the Auguste-Viktoria-Hospital gave notice that
the draftsman Abram Lui, 39yo, Jewish, residing at Landshuter Street 22 in Berlin Schoeneberg, born in Warsaw, married to Dora nee Linsker, son of late house owner Raftal(Naftal) Lui, last residence Warsaw, and his wife Schifra nee Piwnik, living in Warsaw,
died in this hospital in Berlin Schoeneberg on 20 Jun 1918 12:30 am
