10/23/2021 2:49 PM Wyszków Settlement
No. 34
It came to pass in the settlement of Wyszków on the 25th of July/6th of August 1895 at 6:00 PM that there appeared [before us] in person Giler Gocman, day laborer, age 46, and Abram Icek Cymbal, synagogue sexton, age 54, residents of the settlement of Wyszków, and testified that on this day at 7:00 AM in the settlement of Wyszków, there died Wigdor Dzbanek, born in the town of Ostrołęka and resident in the settlement of Wyszków, son of the late Srul & Ita (née Malina). Following eyewitness confirmation of the passing of Wigdor Dzbanek, this document was read out to those present and duly signed by us and by Giler Gocman, as Cembal is illiterate.
[Signed in Russian:] The Clerk of Civil Records [illegible signature]
[Signed in Russian:] G. Gocman
