This the entry for the birth of Benzion Baumrind (Mandel)in 1888. But instead of following the columns on the page, this is written across them.

I would love to know what it says. I think that its Polish but am not sure.

10/11/2021 7:00 AM With a rescript of April 22, 1910, entry VII 123/4, the (c.k.) Imperial and Royal (name if the office in German) gave a permission for the following text to be entered in the register:
„Bension”, an out of wedlock son of Chaja Baumrind, was born in Bukaczowce in the year 1888, according to the order of the (c.k.) Imperial and Royal (name of the office in German) in Rohatyn of May 10, 1910, entry 2280.
10/11/2021 7:24 AM Rescript of April 22, 1910, number VII 123/4 (can't decipher) so that in the birth registry book the following could be written:
Bension, an illegitimate son of Chaja Baumrind was born in Bukaczowce in 1888 (can't decipher, with regard to the recommendation of?)
the starost from Rohatyn of May 10, 1910, number 2280f
