Requesting a translation from Hebrew to English, or at a minimum, a summary. This document was signed by my great-grandfather, Adolph Gottlieb.

This is a pre marital contract between the groom's side and the bride's side with both sides agreeing to follow through with the wedding. In hebrew it is called a Te-na-eem (literally conditions). Most of the text is pretty standard. It says that the father of the groom Yehuda the son of Moshe on behalf of his son Moshe the son of Yehuda, and the father of the bride Efrayim son of Shalom, on behalf of his daughter Tzipora daughter of Efrayim will agree to marry. The groom will give the customary gifts. and the bride will give 600 (a demonination possibly dollars) on the 30th day of the month of Kislev (which parenthetically is the 6th night of Chanuka) in the Jewish year 5677 (which corresponds to 1917) in the town of Newsom (not 100% sure of the name of the town) I cannot read the names of the witnesses, but the bottom two lines are their signatures.

The amount is 200 Dollars (שני מאות) not 600

The singnatures are of the people who made the contract, not witnesses.

They are:
Yudil Bienstock son of Reb Moshe [Yudil = nickname/claque for Yehuda]
Efrayim Gottlieb, [whose English name in latin characters is Adolph]

In Jewish tradition, the person's name is "x son or daughter of father's name".
Based on the fact that Mr. Beinstock (בינשטאק) did not use latin letters, and did you his father's name, unlike Mr. Gottlieb, I wonder if he was the more traditional / religious of the two.
