This is a marriage document from 1912.

The groom was Manfred Fraenkel; he was a doctor.

The bride was Selma Fuchs, daugter of Jakob Fuchs and Paula Loewenthal.

If this is the right person, let me know, and I'll do a complete translation.

1. the general practitioner Manfred Fraenkel, recognized by virtue of a birth certificate, diffident, born on the tenth of June of the year one thousand eight hundred seventy-seven in Breslau, residing in Charlottenburg, Leibnitzstrasse 44,
son of the merchant Emanuel Fraenkel and his wife Elise nee Zernik, residing in Charlottenburg;

2. Selma Fuchs, without profession, recognized by him, Jewish religion, born on the twenty-eighth of June of the year one thousand eight hundred eighty-nine in Stettin, residing in Stettin, Moltkestrasse 20,
daughter of the deceased merchant Jakob Fuchs, last residing in Stettin, and his wife Paula nee Loewenthal, now married to the merchant Isidor Fuchs, residing in Stettin,

(There should be second page to this, listing the witnesses and having everyone’s signature).

The note in the margin states that the couple divorced on March 8th, 1937, and that this was recorded in Berlin on April 13th, 1937.

In reference to the groom: in the spot where his religion would normally be indicated, the registrar crossed out the word "religion" and put in "diffident". I have not encountered this before, but I think that this means that he did not want to state his religion (or, perhaps, was an atheist).
