Stettin, May 23 1898
The undertaker Heymann Gurau from Stettin , Heumarktstrasse [Haymarketstreet] ¾ declared that the merchant Jacob Fuchs, 43years old, mosaic, residing in Stettin Heumarktstrasse 7, born in Tremessen, having been married with Paula, born Loewenthal in Stettin, son of the master-tailor Samuel Fuchs andhis wife Karoline born Goldstein, both deceased in Stettin, deceased on May 21, 1898 at nine o’clock in the afternoon.
The declarer has been informed of this decease by his own experience.
