Hello

I would highly appreciate a translation from Yiddish for the attached letter.
I posted the second half of the letter earlier and skipped the first part by mistake - https://www.jewishgen.org/viewmate/responselist.asp?key=95445

Many thanks

[I have trouble understanding many sentences. He counsels patience, waiting for God to make peace in the world.... ] "you write that everything is expensive here also everything is indescribably expensive" and apparently no work or something like that.
"After Shavuot we hope to have a wedding --- but it can't be postponed "you don't know the groom he is an "ish tsadik tamim" [this in Hebrew: a thoroughly righteous man] -- we already have the contract [tna'im] [I'm not sure that's what he wrote] "he studies with Zchariya David from morning to evening, God grant us that the match will be to the good it is only because of the virtue of Mother, peace be on her, whose wish this always was but sadly didn't live to see it may her virtue protect us. Write me what is the cause that I haven't already ["heard" I guess; the verb should be on the next page] from my brother in law Reb Khayim Yuda and my sister Hindel may she live [in half a year?]
