It is the birth record of Salomon Hersz Brama , son of Iciek Meyer Brama & itty Ryfki Bruno’s or Braun. It is microfilm # 730161, line10.

10/4/2021 7:09 AM	It is in Polish and very hard to read; however, it concerns the birth of a female child in Sierpc. The document was prepared on 26th February/9th March 1853; the child was born one day earlier. The wife's name appears to be Hina? nee Sokol?. The baby was given the name of Kindla. The text would have to be sharpened a bit for me to read the rest, like the name of the father and of the witnesses.
