In the other two marriages on the page, the "name of parents" matches the bride's surname, so I suspect these are the bride's parents, but it's all very confusing. This is one reason I've left all of the names in the order they were written on the page, i.e. surname first.

Borb~. is likely Borbála = Barbara. The first letter of her surname looks vaguely N-ish, but doesn't connect the way the other Ns on the page do, so I'm thinking it's probably a K, but the stroke on the upper leg is the opposite way from the one in Kain, so maybe it's something else.

Notice that Kain Jósef is the rabbi; in the attestation, he signs as _Kájim Jósef Tarczali rabn~_ "Joseph Kájim rabbi of Tarczal".

The translation is very good.
I think the 2nd name of the parents starts with L and not N - Lichtshin.

Chaim Yosef (Kain Jozsef) Gottlieb was the Rabi of Tarcal and later of Stropkov Slovakia. His 1st wife was Breindel Lichtstein.
