It came to pass in the city of Łomża on the 21st of December 1906/ the 3rd of January 1907 at 9:00 AM that there appeared [before us] in person residents of Łomża, the synagogue sextons Abram Dawid Szejnkop, age 54, and Malkiel Róża, age 65, and stated that yesterday at 7:00 AM in the city of Łomża there died Szmul Mejer Ławski, age 91, son of Lejba and Etka Ławski, a resident of Łomża, leaving behind his widowed wife Hinda Michałewna Ławska (née Gorzalczany). This document, upon visual confirmation of the passing of Szmul Mejer Ławski, was read out to those present and duly signed by the witnesses and by us.
