This appears to be the 1901 birth record of Szejwa SZTUL in Tomaszow Lubelski. I would appreciate the parents / grandparents names (including the mother's maiden name) and the date of birth (that is likely the key to knowing if this is the record that is being researched). The mother's name in the record that we are looking for appears to be Masha.

It came to pass in the city of Tomaszów on the 13th of December 1901 at 10:00 AM that there appeared [before us] in person a resident of the city of Łuck Chaim-Lejzor Szapiro, age 35, and, in the presence of the witnesses, residents of the city of Tomaszów Majer-Wolf Offen [?], age 48, and Moszko Langer, age 56, and showed us a child of female gender, stating that the child was born in the city of Tomaszów on the 23rd of December of the current year at 1:00 PM to his legal wife Bajla (née Puter), age 34. This child following a religious ceremony was given the name Ena. This document was read out to those assembled and duly signed by us and by the witnesses.
