It came to pass in the city of Kalisz on the 22nd of February/the 6th of March 1908 at 6:00 PM that there appeared [before us] in person the assistant rabbi of Kalisz Elijasz Zinger along with Naftali Józefowicz, a bachelor and turner, age 28, son of Samuel and Ruchla (nee Aronowska), the couple Józefowicz, a permanent resident of the settlement and community of Praszka, Wieluń County, House No. 3, born there, and also Dina Witońska, a single woman, age 22, daughter of Jakub and Liba (nee Zalc), the couple Witoński, permanent resident of the city of Błaszki, Kalisz County, House No. 42, according to her passport, she has been in Kalisz for two years living with her parents and, in the presence of witnesses Fiszel Bzura [?], storekeeper, age 22, and Icek Orliński, synagogue employee, age 70, resident of the city of Kalisz, and informed us that today a religious marriage was concluded= by the assistant rabbi between the aforementioned individuals Naftali Józefowicz and Dina Witońska and that this wedding was preceded by three marriage banns announced in the synagogues of the city of Kalisz on the 2nd, 9th and 16th of February of the current year Old Style and of the settlement of Praszka on the 12th, 19th and 26th of January of the current year Old Style. The newlyweds stated that they had not concluded a prenuptial agreement. This document was read out to those present and duly signed by all, except for the bride who is illiterate.
