Please translate all names, dates, occupations, addresses and all other genealogical pertinent information from the attached birth record (AKT 159) of my great great great uncle. I thank you in advance for your assistance and wish you a happy Sukkot.

It came to pass in Ciechanów on November 10, 1889, at 10:00 AM that there appeared [before us] a resident of Ciechanów, the tailor Rubin Sapersztein, age 50, and in the presence of witnesses, the tailor Abram Icek Kirkut [?], age 46, and the trader Josek , age 33, residents of Ciechanów, and they showed us a child of male gender and stated that it had been born yesterday in Ciechanów at 5:00 AM to his lawful wife Dwojra, nee Frydman, age 41. Following the appropriate religious rites, the child was given the name Pinkus. This act, after it was read out to us and those present, was signed by us and by the witnesses, as the father of the newborn is illiterate [in Russian].
