Taking place in the town of Kotsk on the 18th / 31st of October 1904 at nine o'clock in the morning. Appeared: the Jews Berek ROZENBLYAT, 38 years, and Mendel ROZENBLYAT, 41 years, both shoemakers living in the town of Kotsk, and declared that on yesterday's date of said year at six o'clock in the morning died in the town of Kotsk Khaya-Tauba FELTSMAN, 54 years old, married, resided and born in the town of Kotsk, the daughter of the late Gersh-Leib and Gitel by marriage ROZENBLYAT, leaving behind her husband the widower Shlyoma. By local testimony of the death of Khaya-Tauba FELTSMAN, this act was read and signed by us. The witnesses are illiterate. Maintenance of civil acts: [signature].
