...Szmulówna Gąsior, who resides in the city of Brok and is 18 years of age and of the Jewish faith and to date is unmarried and wishes to enter into a marital union with the Jewess Ruchla Nutkówna Przestrzeleniec, but, for the reason given above, he cannot present a birth certificate.
This document can be deemed accurate and, at any time that there arises the need for sworn testimony regarding this fact, our signatures testify to it:
