Although many marriage documents do include information about the parents, unfortunately this one does not.

Here is what is written about him.

He was a tailor, born in Berlin on August 19th, 1909.

His address was # 59 Strassburger Strasse.

His birth was recorded as entry # 1265 of the Registry Office "Berlin 9". These details, plus the year of his birth, might enable you to get a copy of his birth certificagte, on which (at the very least) his parents' names would appear.
