This is a letter from my great-great-grandfather sent to the Chief Rabbi of Jerusalem, Shmuel Salant. It is not entirely clear to me if it is written in Yiddish or Hebrew. In the category I indicated Hebrew. I want to know the content of the letter.

9/17/2021 12:03 AM In the letter he is notifying the Rabbi that he sent him 50 rubles that he received from ?, he writes that the original sum was 51 rubles, and explains the missing Ruble.
He than writes that the Rabbi of Kovno told him to write that Yitzchok Mechil Schlesinger complained that he hasn't received a receipt for his donation of 1500 rubles and than 200 more.
Than he writes about appointing a representative, Kovno recommends Yosef from Zager, but last week Rabbi Yitzchok Blazer visited here and he is planning a visit to Israel soon and he is recommend for the position.
