It is in Mount Hebron Cemetery in NY. It's part of the Yiddish Actors Alliance. I would appreciate help with translating the Hebrew. Thanks so much!! I really appreciate it!! 'Reb' is an honorific; it does not mean rabbi.

The first syllable of her name rhymes with "fry".

"Yisrael Layb" is a double name (not a first and last name). Yisrael is Hebrew for Israel, and Layb is Yiddish for lion.

(I see that you have posted more stones. As the holy day of Yom Kippur is starting soon, I probably will not be able to take a look at those until Thursday night or Friday, although I suspect that you might receive responses from others before then).
