The title of the document says it is the explanation of letters indicating amounts of land of the village of Gątowniki of Daugieliszki.
The very bottom paragraf is the attestation of the authenticity of this copy of the map, as identical with the original map in the archives of the Daugieliszki starost office. Dated August 3, 1838 and signed by Kuczyński and land surveyor Zawieyski.
The paragraf before last provides details of land shown in the map. Archaic land measurement units, morga, sznur, pręt, are used.
