nee Jacoby,
recognized by him via a presented birth certificate,
residing in Berlin-Karlshorst, Gundelfingerstrasse 42,
and reported that the widowed saleswoman
Cecilie Jacoby (nee Samuel),
75 years old, Jewish religion,
residing in Berlin-Karlshorst. Gundelfingerstrasse 42,
born in Czarnikau, district capital,
Daughter of the innkeeper Jacob Samuel, de-
ceased and last living in Rosenfelde,
West Prussia), and his deceased wife Ernestine, nee – information
about this is not known to the informer – deceased and last living in Czarnikau,
died in Berlin-Karlshorst, in the residence of the notifier,
on the twenty-sixth of March
of the year one thousand nine hundred seventeen
at about ten thirty in the morning.
The person notifying explained that she was present at the death of Jacoby.
