The Hebrew is the same as the English.

The first words are "I Believe". The final set of four characters are read "Rambam". This is an abbreviation for the words "Rabbeinu Moshe Ben Maimon", or "our rabbi Moshe, the son of Maimon". This was a famous 12th-century rabbi, also known by the name Maimonides, which means son of Maimon.

Maimonides composed 13 principles of faith, each of which begin with the words "Ani Maamin", "I believe".
