Unfortunately, much text is missing, thus I'm unable to make full sentences.

This is a list of birthdays, death anniversaries (Yartzeit), wedding anniversary and etc.

Paragraphs are separated with lines, I name them sections below.

The first section contains a date in 1818, 2nd day of Av, 12 days... (looks like a birth)

Second section:
Yartzeit of my mother is the eve of the first of Tammuz
Of my father the 4th of ?

Third section:
Schanet has Yartzeit of her mother the 2nd day...
Of her father ? Kislev

Schanet gave birth to (?a boy) Nof... the 1st of Cheshven 1816

Forth section:
Isa?k ? August 4 1818, 2nd of Av, 12 days...

Fifth section:
Our wedding was the 2nd of August 1871
