On  Response
9/1/2021 6:04 PM The Hebrew reads

Here lies

My dear husband, our teacher, the Rabbi

LAYB son of Reb Zalmen

He passed away 8 Shvat

567_. May his soul be bound up in the bond of life.

==================================================

The name of the deceased is preceded by an abbreviation that translates to "our teacher, the rabbi". This means that the person had rabbinical ordination; it does not necessarily mean that he was the rabbi of a congregation or community. I need to point out that this abbreviation sometimes was used in error.

His father's name is preceded by 'Reb'. This is an honorific;, and does not mean rabbi.

It is hard to read the last digit of the year, or indeed to be sure that there IS a last digit, as there is erosion on the stone between the year and the final phrase.

If the year was 5670: the 8th of Shvat, 5670, began at sunset on January 17th, 1910, and ended at sunset on the 18th.

The decades of the 5670's ran from 1910-1920, and the month of Shvat generally corresponds to January/February. If you know the secular date of death, I can let you know the Hebrew year.
9/1/2021 6:08 PM I neglected your question about the top of the stone, "Branch Nr. 80 [88?] AR".

This is a question that might best be answered by an historian rather than by a Hebrew translator.

You can post the top of this image on ViewMate, in the "Interpretation" category, or post it to the Group Discussion, which is viewed by many people who are knowledgeable about many subjects.
9/1/2021 9:00 PM I think the year is 5677
9/5/2021 3:48 PM If the previous helper is correct about the year:

The 8th of Shvat of 5677 began at sunset on January 30th, 1917, and ended at sunset on the 31st.
