Yoshkeh Kollehs,
Ask Yoshkeh Messeter.

"Kollehs" could be a "Kolleh's" i.e. identifying [this] Yoshkeh by his mother's name Kolleh.

One thing is definite: Neither Yiddish name is the Yiddish transcription of "Joe Halprin".

What the text means depends on the greater context of the document.
In theory, one of the Yoshkeh's could even be Joe Halprin himself, but it could also be a jotting of the result of the writer having talked to Joe Halprin who told him the if he wants to know about Yoshkeh Kolleh's he has to ask about Yoshkeh Messeter... an so on.

This is about VM95101, I think the cause of death may have been meant to be gastric carcinoma
