Here lies LEAH daughter of Reb Zalman and Itta

She passed away 7 Tamuz 5738. May her soul be bound up in the bond of life.

'Reb' is an honorific; it does not mean rabbi.

Zalman is Yiddish for Solomon.

The letter representing the Hebrew date is a bit fuzzy. It looks like it could be either a 6 or a 7. However, the 6th corresponds with July 10/11, whereas the 7th corresponds with July 11/12.
