Here lies Yehudah Layb son of Reb Avraham Yitzchak _____

He passed away 20 Cheshvan 5740. May his soul be bound up in the bond of life.

'Reb' is an honorific; it does not mean rabbi.

The last word at the end of the top line is hidden under grass, and I cannot make it out. It does not say Block. It also does not say "the Cohen" or the "Levite", and is not one of the abbreviations for phrases such as "may he [the father] rest in peace". It seems to be a third part of his father's name. It almost looks like "Yehuda", but it is extremely unusual for a father and son to share a name, unless the father died before the child was named.
