Hello Walter Samuel,

I would like to help, unfortunately, the scan is of poor quality. Could you provide a direct link to the site you found it? I would like to give the document a second try.

Also, it would be better to show the whole page so the transcriber can compare letters and see the twists in the individual handwriting. Snippets often make the transcription more difficult.
