That was in the City Plonsk on 12/29/1900 at 10:00
A Jewish came from the village of Idzikovice, the commune of Sokhocin, named Abram Koprak, a 34-year-old, worker. With the presence of witnesses: Shlyama Salberstein (58 years old) - a member of the Divine (?) and Shapsi Vassruga - a Senagogue servant (45 years old), living in the city Plonsk presented us a boy, was born in the city of Plonsk on 08/18/1899 at 17:00 from Abram and his wife Tsirli, nee in Mossak (34 years old). The baby was given the name Itssek, when performing a religious ceremony.
The act was not announced in a timely manner due to the negligence of the father.
The act was read and signed by us and by witnesses. Father is illiterate.

Явился лично еврей из деревни Идзиковице гмина Сохоцин Плонского уезда
Абрамъ Копракъ (father), работник 34х лет отроду в присутствии свидетелей: члена Божничного дозора Шлямы Зальберштейна (58 лет) и служителя при синагоги Шапси Вассейруга (45 лет), живущих в городе Плонск и предъявил нам младенца мужского пола, рожденного в городе Плонск 18.08.1899 в 17:00 от него и жены его Цырли (mother), урожденной в Моссак (34 года). Младенцу, при совершении религиозного обряда, дано имя Ицек
Акт заявлен не своевременно по неосмотрительности отца.
Акт нами и свидетелями прочитан и подписан. Отец неграмотен
