Please help with translation - particularly with the handwritten words. I belive this is a Ketubah. Thank you,

This is not a Ketuba (marriage document), it is a Tena'im (engagement document). Such engagement documents are in effect a contract, a promise to marry, and were not easy to get out of. (For this reason, these documents are often signed on the wedding day, a few minutes before the Ketuba).

The language is not Yiddish, but a combination of Hebrew and Aramaic.

Here are the relevant details:

The groom was Moshe Mordechai, whose father was Tzvi, the son of Avraham (the last name is not included here, but it was Ber). The bride was Yehudit, the daughter of Yitzchak Yehuda Shor.

The wedding was to take place on the 10th of Marcheshvan of the year 5668 (which was Oct. 17/18, 1907).

In the signature section, it says that the bride and groom signed the document on that same day, indicating that here, too, the Tenaim and Ketuba were signed one after the other.

The location was New York.

The witnesses were

This is the original responder coming back with a correction.

This same image was listed in a different category, and the helper there has the bride's name as Esther Yehudit, not Yehudit. I agree, and apologize for missing the first part of her name. He/she also has the groom's last name as Beck, not Ber. This is not as clear to me, but I agree that it is a possibility.
