This is the death record (Akta Zawichost 1896 D47) of Dobra NISENBAUM. A full translation would be nice but most important are the full names, surnames, patronymics/matronymics, professions, and places of her parents, their origins, house #, and spouse and any other relatives, survivors and witnesses, with ages, exact dates of death and of the record and cause of death. Nisenbaum Estate
It came to pass in the settlement of Zawichost on the 12th/24th of November 1896 at 10:00 AM. There appeared [before us] the acting town rabbi Josek Insber [Ingber?] and the witnesses Chaim Adler, synagogue /sexton, age 59, and Dawid Terkieltaub, singer [cantor?], age 56, residents of this settlement of Zawichost, and stated that, on the 11th/23rd of November of the current year at 3:00 PM, in the settlement of Zawichost, there died Dobra Nisenbaum, daughter of the late Lejzor and Łaja (maiden name unknown), at the age of 63. Following eyewitness confirmation of the passing of Dobra Nisenbaum, this document was read out to the petitioner and signed by him and by us.
