On  Response
8/18/2021 1:44 PM Chava the daughter of Shimon Tzvi
passed away on 25 Elul 5713.

Note that the spelling on the name Shimon is odd. It is usually spelled SHIN MEM AYEN VAV NUN and here it is spelled SHIN YUD MEM AYEN NUN.
8/18/2021 4:39 PM The date of death was the 28th (not the 25th) of Elul.

The 28th of Elul, 5713, began at sunset on September 7th, 1953, and ended at sunset on the 8th.

As to the first part of her father's name: the previous helper was correct, the spelling is not the standard Hebrew spelling of the name Shimon. It looks more like a transcription of the Yiddish version of this name, which would have been pronounced "SHIM-en".
