VII. The Municipal Court in Hrubieszow announces that inheritance proceedings are taking place after:
1) Lejb Geduldkik, deceased October 31, 1942, the son Jojne, most recently domiciled w Hrubieszow, an owner of two properties located in Hrubieszow at Rynek 4 Street, comprising a brick shop, and at Szewska 12, comprising a square, a wooden houses and a locker. Case 89/47.
2) Szajndla nee Kamow Kosfiszer vel Fiszer, deceased June 1, 1942, a resident of Hrubieszow, an owner of a square located in Hrubieszow at Lubelska Street, with an area of 372.183 square meters, a wooden house and farm buildings (outbuildings), denoted NrNr, polic. 150 and hip. 227. Case 59/43.
(I am not sure of the abbreviations NrNr (numbers of the following two items) and polic. and hip. (probably hipoteka, that is mortgage).
