Category: Translation - Yiddish Approval Date: 8/18/2021 1:31 PM Family Surname: Country: Poland	Click the picture to enlarge	I would appreciate anyone’s translation of this town’s name. This town is mentioned many times in the Tarnogrod Yizkor Book. I cannot find any town with a similar name in the Town Finder or the Gazetteer. The author of this chapter is from Lukowa. Thank you.

See the Wikipedia disambiguation page for a list. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Babice Based on the Tarnogrod reference, it is most likely https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Babice,_Lublin_Voivodeship that is 15 km from Tarnogrod and 3 km from Lukowa.
