This is a Tena'aim (prenuptial agreement). A contract usually signed at the time of engagement between the two parties (usually the parents of the the engaged couple).

Party 1: Yaakov son of Avraham, representing his son the groom Tzvi
Party 2: Elchanan Chona son of Yaakov, representing his daughter the bride Braina
Proposed wedding date: 1st of Adar same year
Garantor for the groom's party: Avraham Mordechai son of ???
