8/16/2021 12:32 AM 2nd day of Rosh Chodesh Elul 5673 (September 3 1913)

This is a letter congratulating bride and groom for there wedding and letting them know that they celebrated in Jerusalem on August 26 in the presence of the grandparents Avraham Yitzchok Greenbaum and his wife. And thanking for the donation which was received through the mentioned grandfather sent by Yitzchok and Shaina Lazars.

But it's quite possible that these are the names of the fathers of those who signed, since the tear in the page is where the names should start -- and I think it very probable that the people representing the Yeshiva would have signed X son of Y.
