Im looking for a English translation of possibly all names in this record of my Grandparents and family, plus any other important information ,like age etc

From what I can gather: the first three brackets are difficult to read. The heading also help a lot, but guessing: the name is rabbi Izrael Chajim Friedman, religion is an israelite, an may live in house number 73. The wife is Csilla Weiszberg, children are Juda?Friedman and Maria Friedman.

On he right side it's the signature of the person notifying the authorities, and the registrar.

If you have a higher resolution with the headings, I can have a look again.

This is filled out in Czech, which I don't actually know, but...
143. Entered 21 June 1922, died 19 June 1922 6 o'clock [can't figure out a.m. or p.m.]

In case it wasn't clear from my previous response: this is clearly a death registration entered in a Hungarian civil registry book, just filled out in the new language of administration, i.e. Czech. I'm not sure when the Czechoslovakian authorities actually got around to printing new registry books, but in any case, the more rural registrars continued to use the old books for years, until they filled up.

The headers can be found in any post-1906 death register in Hungary, but it's easy enough to give them from memory:
