Informant: Vilmos Smeller, agent, Rahó, known personally to assistant registrar
Deceased: Juda Friedman, Jewish, agent, residence Rahó, birthplace Tárkány, age 75 years

Death: Rahó, 2 March 1905, 3 a.m.
Cause: "final exhaustion" [old age]
Remark: informant declares that he was asked to make the report by the grieving family.
Read forth, approved, and signed.
[Margin:] The deceased's given name is not "Juda", but "Jutka", birthplace is not "Tárkány", but "Nagydobra", spouse's name is Mária Rosenberg. Entered per decree number 10065/1941 of the chief county administrator. 9 Dec. 1941.
