Informant: widow Mrs. Mózes Mendel Fixler born Lája Eisner, homemaker, residence Pereszlő, known personally to registrar
Deceased: Mózes Mendel Fixler, Jewish, Talmud teacher, residence Pereszlő, birthplace Tarfalu, age 56 years
Spouse: Laja Eisner
Father: the late Josza Fixler
Mother: the late Ruchlya Fixler
Death: Pereszlő, 8 July 1906
Cause: cancerous tumor
Remark: Permission for the delayed registration of this death was granted by the chief administrator of the Ökörmező district in decree number 5497 dated 24 September 1906.
Read forth, and explained to the non-Hungarian-speaking informant in the Ruthenian language, approved, and signed. The illiterate informant made her mark.
