["Legal" crossed out and replaced with "Natural"] Father: Mór Groszman, Jewish, grocer [word-for-word: spice merchant], residence and birthplace Sátoraljaujhely, age 37 years
Mother: Ida Buxbaum, Jewish, residence Sátoraljaujhely, birthplace Albert Irsa, age 30 years
Birth: Sátoraljaujhely, 14 December 1905, 3 p.m.
Child: boy, Jewish, Jozsef
Remark: the month of birth is corrected to February. Mor Groszman acknowledges the child as descending from him.
[In margin:] Death event is entered in this registration district's register for the current year under number 132.
