Here lies MOSHE TZVI son of Reb Meirim

He passed away 18 Shvat 5704. May his soul be bound up in the bond of life.

'Reb' is an honorific; it does not mean rabbi.

I have not encountered the name "Meirim" before. It might be pronounced MY-rim or MAY-rim. As you indicate, it ends with a final Mem. However, the letter Samech looks very similar, so there is a chance that the name was Meiris rather than Meirim.
