I would like to find out the groom's and bride's names and if possible Rabbi, Chazan or other names that appear in the document, and the place where it was celebrated.

This is not a marriage certificate, but an engagement (called Tena'im). Tena'im contracts were taken very seriously, and could be almost as hard to break as a marriage.

There is not much detail here, and it is difficult to read. The groom was represented by (presumably his father) Yosef; his own name is hard to read; it looks like Vinut, although I'm quite sure that that is not correct. The bride was Leah, represented by (presumably her father) Avraham. There are no last names given.

The Hebrew year appears to be 5720, and the document states that the signing took place on a Sunday, the 4th of the month. The name of the month is illegible, but in that year, there was only one Hebrew month in which the 4th was on a Sunday, the month of Iyar. This Hebrew date coincided with May 1st, 1960. (To me, this document looks older than that, however).

The anticipated date of marriage is not filled in. This was common, because it allowed for flexibility in setting the wedding date.

I do not see a rabbi's name, but there are two witnesses:

One was Moishe Gardash/Gartzash/possibly Jordash?

The second witness' name is partly hidden behind a stain. Possibly something like Mamlik; the last name might be Ivanovich.

I hope that this helps. As I said, there is not much detail here and what there is, is difficult to read.

This is indeed a Tena'aim (prenuptial agreement) usually signed upon engagement.

Since this is a contract between two parties, there is a representative from each side, usually the father if he is alive.

Party 1: Yosef, representing the groom Michael.
Party 2: Avraham, representing the bride Leah.
Date: Sunday, the 4th of Tammuz [see note below regarding the year].
City: [looks like Rani or similar].
Witnesses: Moshe Gardash & Meilach Aranowitz.

The year is difficult to dechipher due to the cursive script. It must be later than 1915, since the template was published in 1915, as specified on the bottom left.
The first two letters representing the year are either 600 (5600) or 700 (5700), if it's 600, then there is another letter representing the decade, if it's 700, then there is no decade.
The final letter represents one of the following: 2, 4, 20 or 80.
Now that we narrowed down the year to be after 1915 (5675) and before 5710 or 5720.
Following are the years where Sunday was the 4th of Tammuz, between 5675 and 5710, where the final digit is one of the above.
5680 (June 20 1920)
5684 (July 6 1924)
5694 (June 17 1934)
5604 (June 25 1944)
