Full translation, please! But anything helps. What I can recognize here is Yiddish. A note about dialect: the author of this document was from Bavaria.

On  Response 
8/15/2021 11:15 AM I did not understand most of it but it seems that it was written by a father to his child. It includes the mother's blessings for the new year (14-13 lines from the bottom). Father's signature in Latin lettering 10 lines from the bottom then 5 more lines in Yiddish (written by someone else? mother?). It ends with 4 more lines in Latin lettering. Perhaps the first of them (Liba ???? Sophi) is the signature of the last Yiddish section.
