I know very little about her, so a full translation of this (admittedly poor quality) text would be greatly appreciated!

Am fuenfzehnten October des Jahres eintausend achthundert und sieben und zwanzig verstarb die Marianne [spelling looks more like Marana] Moses, die Ehefrau des gewesenen Vorsaengers Ruben Bachrach, in einem Alter von drei und sechzig Jahren, und wurde den sieben zehnten beerdigt.
der Vorsaenger ..?.; die Gemeinde Aeltesten ... Emanuel ...

on oct 15, 1827 died Marianne Moses, wife of the late cantor Ruben Bachrach, at age 63 and was buried on oct 17;
the cantor A.Gutk.. , the community elders ... Emanuel ...
