I would appreciate a translation of as much information as possible. I believe this tombstone belongs to Yehudit Katz (born Fixler), who died between 1930-1937.

This stone is a bit hard to read, particularly the last two lines, which contain the most relevant information. If you have another photo on which most of the letters are not in shadow, I could be more sure of what I am seeing.

At the top: Here lies

In the arch: A modest and important woman.

This is followed by an acrostic 4-line poem, in which the enlarged letters (4 letters that start each line on the right, and another two letters that start an additional two words in the fourth line) spell out her name, Yehudit.

Here is a translation of those lines, to the extent that I can read them:

G-d fearing and flawless

Praise her [good] deeds in the gates [a quote from the "Woman of Valor" poem written by King Solomon]

Her hands did many deeds of charity

Her path was always in the way of honesty.

Her name is then repeated in the large box.

Her father's name is a bit of a challenge; he seems to have had a double name: Sh_____ Shmuel, the _______; or: Sh_____ Shmuel [followed by a last name that looks something like Habad__er].

She passed away 9 Kislev 5696.

Do you know anything about her father? The first part of his Hebrew name, which appears to begin with 'Sh', might be one of several: Sha'ul, or Shimon, or another name. The word after these names might be a family name (it is definitely not Fixler, however), or a description of his occupation, or the name of the town he came from originally, which would be something like Bad____.

The 9th of Kislev of the year 5696 began at sunset on December 4th, 1935, and ended at sunset on the 5th.

If you have -- or can get -- another image of this stone, with a particular focus on the bottom part, I'll be glad to take another look.

At the very bottom, I can see the tops of the letters that stand for the phrase "May her soul be bound up in the bond of life".

Does not have a family name, the father's name is followed by "the Cohen of blessed memory" (הכהן ע"ה).

Regarding the father's first given name, I think it might be Shmaya Shmuel.

This is the first helper returning.

Having read the reply of the second helper, I took another look. I agree that the "word" after her father's name is actually "the Cohen, of blessed memory". This means that her father was a member of the priestly tribe that began with Aaron, Moses' brother. It is a designation that is passed from father to son.
