I can make out that this article is about Siegfried Landau, a Vienna coal dealer wanted for forgery. He fled to New York with another man's wife in June 1903.

But my German isn't good enough for me to understand all the details. I'd be grateful for a full translation of the article, if possible, or if that's too much to ask for, the last paragraph, please.

Exchange falsifier and kidnapper.
Until today 12 o’clock the security office only has received an official charge against the escaped coal-trader Siegfried Landau. It concerns a falsified accept of 200 crowns.
The collection after Siegfried Landau and the wife of the merchant which escaped together with him were stopped, because it already is known that Landau and his accompanying person already landed in New York on June 25 and his actual residence in America is unknown.
The postcards, arrived here on June 25, from Landau of June 20 and from Zürich and the one of 23rd from London, may have been given to the porters of the hotels were they have passed, with the remark to bring them to the post on a certain day. So it can be declared that the last message from Landau only arrived here on June 23, so at a moment on which was away during two day’s journey.

The scenery postcards from Landau that arrived here on the 20th of June from Zurich, and on the 23rd from London must have been given to the porters of the hotels in which he lived, with instructions to hand them on a specific date to the post. So that it looks like [?] the latest news from Landau that arrived here only on the 23rd of June was at a time when Landau found himself [was located] within 2 days travel from America.
