I think this is the death certificate of Lejzor Erlich in Jozefow Nad Wisla. I would love to know exactly what the document says.

22. It came to pass on the twentieth day of October in the year of eighteen sixty-five, at the hour of ten in the morning, in the Town of Jozefow. Appeared personally observant Jew Szmul Glat, a shammes, forty-three years of age, and Herszek Korn, a flour dealer, seventy years of age, both residing here in Jozefow, and jointly stated that Lejzor Erlich, a trader in iron, residing here in Jozefow, sixty-four years of age, the son of the married couple Pinkwas Erlich and Frajda Erlich, the traders from Jozefow, had deceased the day before, at the hour of seven in the evening, leaving behind him his widowed wife Sura, seventy-one years of age, and his five children, Chaim, thirty-nine years of age, in Janowiec, Pinkwas, thirty years of age, in Jozefow, Chisa, thirty years of age, as well as Pessa, twenty-eight years of age, and Chaja, twenty-five years of age, both in Jozefow. I, the undersigned, visually ascertained that Lejzor Erlich had deceased. This act was read aloud to the witnesses present and subsequently signed by the same.
