Could i have this document translated please? All dates, towns and complete names. What kind of document is this? Is this Hermann's marriage doc? Does it list his parents names?

Before the undersigned employee of the civil record did attend today with the purpose to marry :
1. The merchant Daniel Gehr, known by his act of birth, of mosaic religion, born on October 23, 1860 in Gostorczyn, canton of Tuchel, residing in Berlin, Alte Schützen Strasse
6, further Neue Königstrasse 48, son of the late merchant Hermann Gehr, lately living in New York in America and his wife Cila born Cohn, residing in Berlin
2. Sara Landmann, without occupation, known by her act of brth, of mosaic religion, born on May 5, 1872 in Posen, residing in Posen, Bromberger Strasse 19, further on Neue Königstrasse48 in Berlin, daughter of the merchant Isaak Landmann, residing in Posen and his late wife Theresa born Stern, lately living in Posen
Note : Berlin, December 30, 1909.
By order of the Royal Court of Berlin Mitte, Division 101 of November 24, 1909 is mentioned that the attended under Nr 2 is not a born Landmann but a born Werner and that the father of this person is not Isaak Landmann, but Eisig Werner.
