Berlin, February 5, 1932
Before the undersigned employee of the civil record did attend today the person, known by official address, the merchant Adolf Gehr, residing in Berlin, Charlottenburg, Bismarckstrasse 82 and 82 and declared that the merchant Gerson Gehr, widower, 95 years old, residing in Berlin, Lessingstrasse 30, born in Prust, canton of Tuchel, actually Poland, deceased in Berlin Lessingstrasse 30 on February 5, 1932 in the morning at six o’clock, like he testifies from his own experience.
