Informant: the below-named father, known personally to registrar
Father: Ábrahám Ábrahámovics, Jewish, smallholder and day-laborer, residence and birthplace Bród, age 32 years
Mother: Mrs. Ábrahám Ábrahámovics born Záli Klein, Jewish, homemaker, residence husband's residence, birthplace Hársfalva, age 28 years
Birth: 3 June 1900, 7 a.m.
Child: girl, Jewish, Jenta
Read forth, explained in the Ruthenian language understood by the informant, approved and signed.
