This is a photo of my mother's mother Etta Krosjman or Grosjman my grandmother. She was born in Demblin Poland in 1888. She was married to Solomon Samuel Glidman (my grandfather). He came to Australia in 1925 to start a new life for his family. They had 4 children. Chaya Beila born 20/5/1909, Gedalia born 25/7/1911, Abraham Leib born 18/10/1913 and my mother Tauba born 22/4/1921. They were born in Warsaw. Etta came to Australia in 1930 with Tauba when she was 9. Etta went back to Warsaw in 1933 alone to be with older children. That was the last time my mother saw her mother. My grandfather died in 1935. Etta, Chaya Beila and Gedalia were murdered in Shoah.
Abraham was the only survivor. I have been trying to search Etta's family history but with no success. Looking for more information about Etta's family. Would like to find out who her parents were. Also, is there a way I might be able to get Etta and Solomon's marriage certificate or birth certificates.
